12 Days of Christmas 2017 - Day 5

During the fifth day of the DSC 12 Days of Christmas, we hear from Judith who contacted the DSC about her friend Bradley.

Bradley is a homeless veteran who was living out of his car while trying to finish school and then find a job. However, the engine in his car blew out a few weeks ago and now he's without his vehicle. Bradley is currently sleeping in a teepee in Judith's backyard until the semester is over.

Listen as Dave explains to Bradley that he's going to receive $1,000:

BONUS audio track - Listen to this poem, "A Soldier's Silent Night" (and try not to cry). The poem was originally titled, "Merry Christmas, My Friend" and written by U.S. Marine James M. Schmidt.
